No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Handmade Variations

Please understand that natural wood grain, color variations, knots, and slight imperfections are part of the beauty and character of handcrafted wood art. No two pieces will ever be exactly alike.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the packaging
• Photos of the damaged item

We will work with you to resolve shipping-related damage claims as quickly as possible.

Custom & Personalized Orders
